Let me help you. I can provide you with the skills to take part in a Multisport race!
We do training programs leading up to a specific event. You just decide which event you want to take part in and let us do the program.

What is Multisport?

Multisport is a multi-disipline sport consisting of 3 various activities eg Swim, bike, run is the ( original road triathlon) with newer versions being off road( trail run, mountain bike, swim or paddle)
The route will be on a set course, which will be marked out, with varying race distances possible e.g. long course and short course options. You can race as an individual or as a team. The main prizes will go to individual racers although team prizes may be awarded. Multisport is not the same as adventure racing! For more info on multisport races check out  www.mudman.co.za. These are perfect examples of multisport races in which the whole family can take part.
