Wednesday is our Paddling day! We train at Shongweni dam from 15h30 onwards. The training is aimed at Primary Schools as well as High Schools students.

| Technique Paddling Session. |
With the help of video footage I will have a look at your current paddling style and see what changes we can make to improve your style to improve your paddling overall. Cost of a session is R 250. This includes video footage.
